Add a 'pro skill'

To add a maxed area for all players who got their total +1700.
There some monsters,barrows, ect.

Not a bad idea but if it happens I think it should be if you total level is above 2000+

And also that's kinda like tho donor zone thing, so there would have to be something unique about it.

Not Abadan idea but, if you are talking about skills such as woodcutting;smithing, etc. Then we don't need one called 'pro'
